English Martyrs Catholic Primary School was opened in 1960 and serves the parish of English Martyrs which lies in the east of Rugby. The school is set in its own grounds with magnificent views of the Warwickshire countryside. It is over-subscribed with two applicants for every place. Facilities include seven teaching areas, a main assembly hall, craft area, small library and grassed and hard surfaced play areas. Children take part in all local sporting events including football, netball, hockey, rugby and athletics. The school has strong links with the parish community and with local and national charities. The school is a warm, caring, Christian community which helps children to develop spiritually, academically and socially.
